Stef Posted June 15, 2006 Share Posted June 15, 2006 Many of us struggle to find our voices and even the thought of having to pick up a phone or go to a crisis center to get help can be scary. I have looked up places that offer free email and chat counseling, as that can be much easier than having to talk someone in person.
