Can you post in the Help Desk? If you can, then a post there will alert all of us, and will keep a record of all replies in regard to technical issues. Some people aren't seeing the message icon if on a mobile. If you are on a mobile, try switching to Desktop view - 3 dots at top right of browser, then you will have the option of switching to Desktop. What device are you using?
